All Staff, Board Members, Member Agencies, and Volunteers of the

2. Avoid conflicts of interest, if potential conflict of interest do occur, abide by the specifications set forth in the United Way of Hardin County by-laws (Article III B and C, and Article VII). Furthermore, disclosure in writing on an annual basis is required in regards to any potential conflicts of interest with the operation of the
3. All Staff Members, Board Members, a Representative from each funded Member Agency, and volunteers must annually verify through e-mail or in writing that they have reviewed this Code of Ethics.
