The partner agencies are directly accountable to the United Way board. Included in the list of required documentation is:

•         Articles of incorporation
•         Constitution and by-laws
•         A current list of board members 
•         501©(3) letter of determination (this is the Federal tax exempt certificate),
•         Annual IRS 990 and annual audit (in PDF)
•         Current year operation budget report and last annual report.
•         A bi-annual report requesting specific use of United Way funds.
